Guarantee Policy: 50% of reservation due at time of booking, 50% remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% forfeiture of stay.
General Policy:
- Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. .
- The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability.
- Children under 13 years old are not allowed in the swimming pool, health club, fitness facility, or spa tub without adult supervision.
- Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in the spa.
Smoking
Malliouhana is a non-smoking property indoors. Smoking is permitted on private balconies, restaurant and bar Terrace.
Parking
Valet parking is available.
Seasonal Closures
Malliouhana typically closes at the end of August or first week in September. The hotel reopens on November 1st.
