Villa Marina tells a story. This is the story of Capri's hospitality, which was born back to XIX Century, when local people welcomed international travelers into their homes. This was the time of the romanticism, when European intellectuals, writers, aristocrats, rebels and painters fell in love with the myth of Mediterranean culture. Thus, the story of Villa Marina tells the story of the very beginnings of the myth of Capri. Our rooms and suites are named after such personalities. The property is located 5 minutes walking distance from the port of Capri. The fact of arising upon a hill, overlooking the Bay of Naples, allows the hotel to be far from the crowded place - far from the congestion that most of the time characterizes the port area in high season and the center of Capri town. But the fact of arranging a free shuttle service to escort all our guests from the port to the property (and back) and from the property to the city center (and back) makes everything easily reachable.
